Shanghai Layover

On the way back from Christmas in the U.S., the Lord blessed with a layover in Shanghai, China… and corresponding duty. Through conversations with a Chinese guy on the subway in NYC and another guy on the subway in Shanghai, the Lord provided what I was to say in Chinese, ‘Repent. Believe in Jesus. He can give you peace.

When the Lord leads somewhere, I speculate as to His ‘primary target/s’ (partly for fun). The primary target in Shanghai seemed to be a Russian transplant named Max. He related to struggles with alcohol and received the gospel (English) with joy.

“Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 3:13-14
