Another girl recently testified that Apostate Joel Madlang-awa (missionary to Cambodia; from Pampanga, Philippines) raped and sodomized her when she was 14 years old.

Several years ago, many members of Madlang-awa’s church (IBCSR) exposed Joel and his son Jong for their long-term pattern of adultery, asking them to step down from leadership.

They were intimidated to silence using bribed Cambodian officials and extradited to the Philippines.

“William Van Leer” (born William “Will” Johnson) was arrested by U.S. Marshalls on child sexual abuse charges (pedophilia).

Evidenced in the photos below, Pedophile brothers Will Johnson and Jeremiah Johnson (of Luxe Voyage Asia; from Davenport, Iowa) both teach children at Independent Baptist Church of Siem Reap (IBCSR) under Joel Madlang-awa.

Joel’s son Jong Madlang-awa (Madlangawa), a preacher at IBCSR Church, is also known for having inappropriate sexual relationships with adolescent male students. He continues to teach children at Florida International School in Siem Reap.

Per eyewitness testimony and the below CCTV video evidence, a man named “Keo Sakbunsin,” who does Madlang-awa’s dirty work, later stole church signage from the front of Castaway Baptist Church…

Ultimately, we moved Castaway Baptist Church away from IBCSR to another location.

Independent Baptist Church of Siem Reap (IBCSR) hides out behind an English school. There is no cross or church signage.

The Madlang-awas are known to join in Buddhist idolatry (demon worship) in order to maintain influence with the powers that be.

Neither of those fakes (sissies) are willing to stand for Christ. So they run programs to please people and keep money coming in from American churches that is used to run their criminal activities.

Local Police do the bidding of whoever bribes. They are thoroughly corrupt. They are not willing to lift a finger unless bribed.

A police “liaison” sitting next to a uniformed officer (so that I can’t say the police said it) offered for $200 to plant drugs at Madlang-awa’s house and then have him arrested under false pretenses. I rejected the offer.

Pastors Joel and Jong Madlangawa and their cohorts led the police over to Castaway Baptist Church to stop me from preaching. See the below CCTV video evidence:

The uniformed officer in the video threatened to arrest me. I told him to GO AHEAD!

Ultimately, we were given no choice but to move the church to another location.

The above CCTV evidence was sent to Kok Chak Police and Immigration Police. Neither were willing to investigate. Bad police scam people for bribes. Good police investigate crimes and provide justice!
