Joel Madlangawa, a pastor (I use that term very lightly), is best known for his adultery, rape, homosexuality and pedophilia.
Many of his church members called him out publicly. He refused to repent. One of Joel’s many victims testified she was 14 years old when Joel brutally raped and sexually assaulted her. She also testified that there are other victims who were younger than her.
So, Joel bribed government officials. Rape charges were dropped, and victims were intimidated to silence.
Joel Madlangawa is an apostate! He has turned his back on the Lord Jesus Christ to serve Satan, the author and finisher of destruction! This apostate has the mentality of a prison inmate, and that’s exactly where he belongs. Repent!
Dan Osterhout, a popular pastor (I use that term lightly) with great unrepented sin in his own life, was called to perform the funeral of a deceased man who had humbly repented of his own sins.
The deceased man’s testimony triggered the pastor. After all, the deceased man had the two things the arrogant, greedy pastor lacked – humility and repentance.
The arrogant pastor searched through the deceased man’s Bible. The pastor came to a conclusion, ‘Hmm… no notes in here… not as well-worn as some others…’ While there could be a variety of reasons for that, none of which the deceased man could share, because he’s dead, the arrogant pastor jumped to one conclusion and one alone – ‘The humble man was weak and unfaithful!’
Another woman’s KJV Bible is loaded with notes. But she gossips, manipulates and destroys people, on par with Satan himself. The same pastor approves of her, calls her faithful. Why? Because he’s just like her, just as Fake. Repent!

Another girl recently testified that Apostate Joel Madlangawa (missionary to Cambodia; from Pampanga, Philippines) raped and sodomized her when she was14 years old.
Several years ago, many Filipino members of Madlangawa’s church (IBCSR) exposed Joel and his son Jong for their long-term pattern of adultery, asking them to step down from leadership.
They were intimidated to silence using bribed Cambodian officials and ultimately fled back to the Philippines.

Joel’s son Jong Madlangawa, a preacher at IBCSR, is also known for having inappropriate sexual relationships with adolescent male students. He continues to teach children at Florida International School in Siem Reap.

“William Van Leer” (born William “Will” Johnson) was arrested by U.S. Marshalls on child sexual abuse charges (pedophilia).

Ultimately, we moved Castaway Baptist Church farther away from IBCSR to another location.
Independent Baptist Church of Siem Reap (IBCSR) hides out behind an English school. There is no cross or church signage.
The Madlangawas are known to join in Buddhist idolatry (demon worship) in order to maintain influence with the powers that be.
Neither of those fakes (sissies) are willing to stand for Christ. So they run programs to please people and keep money coming in from American churches that is used to run their criminal activities.
Behind the facade of Evangelism, they train up youth to staff Cambodia’s notorious scam centers.

The Lord recently led me to comment on various online media outlets about rampant police corruption and scamming and their unwillingness to arrest Joel Madlang-awa.
Understanding that this regime is known to murder its critics, I obeyed the Lord God Almighty.
The Cambodian government, known for its Communist-style oppression and religious discrimination, has since blocked my ability to post comments on media outlets.
