June Highlights – Ministry in the USA & Beyond

In June, I was back home in the USA to celebrate Dad & Mom’s golden wedding anniversary. Praise the Lord for 50 years!

“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.” Genesis 2:24

As always, the Lord provided opportunities to stand for Him along the way.

Example #1 – Jewish Man in NYC: At the airport a Jewish man was advising passers-by that we should keep the law.

The Jews are God’s chosen people (Gen 12:1-3). They rejected Jesus as Messiah and continue to try to keep the Old Covenant (John 1:11).

God’s Word guarantees that those who rejected the Son of God have rejected God.

“Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'” John 14:6

I told him the Messiah already came – the Lord Jesus Christ.

And because all human beings are morally and spiritually bankrupt (Rom 3:10; 3:23), the only way we can keep the law is to repent, put our faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God (Rom 6:23; John 3:16). Praise the Lord!

“Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.” Galatians 3:24

“I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” Luke 13:3

Example #2 – Witnessed Along the Way: The Lord provided opportunities to fellowship with pastors and minister in a variety of places along the way.

Example #3 – Muslims in Dubai: The Iraqi Muslim man in the above photo received the gospel without rebuttal.

But… On an airport layover in the Middle East (Dubai), I offered to share my chocolate with Muslims sitting next to me.

A young man from their group sharply advised me, “Stay away from my family.”

I told him he was very disrespectful and glared at him until he turned away.

The only thing I figure could have provoked him to attack was my NYPD neck rest.

“…yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service.” John 16:2

The Lord led me to do all of the above. My fellow pastors / missionaries would have tried to stop me from doing much of it.

That devotional you’ve been reading was written to sell copies. It seeks to please people, not the Lord. Toss it in the trash. Follow the Lord, not your buddies at church.

“For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel’s will save it.” Mark 8:35

Back in Cambodia… War between Cambodia and Thailand seems increasingly possible. Land border crossings have been closed, trade limited, etc.

In addition to ongoing border disputes, Thailand has accused Cambodia of serving as a center for transnational crime operations (scamming).

“Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, ‘Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,’ says the Lord.” Romans 12:19

April Highlights – Stand Up for Jesus!

Scamming and Police Corruption are common in third world countries such as Cambodia. The policemen pictured below operate a variety of scams to steal from Christians. They discriminate against and mock faithful Christians:

Preaching the gospel is the purpose of the church. Those who stand with Christ against the world and Satan’s religions will suffer persecution. Some who stand with the world appear to be doing well. They are fakes.

Independent Baptist Church of Siem Reap (IBCSR) sits on the same street as Castaway Baptist in a predominantly Buddhist village. IBCSR hides out behind an English school. There is no cross or church signage.

Rebekah told me years ago that, in the wake of Joel and his son Jong Madlang-awa’s respective adultery scandals, Pastor Joel and Jong Madlang-awa (Madlangawa) had bribed police and people in order to control outcomes and retain power.

The corruption that Rebekah described is so absurd that it was difficult for me to believe… until recently.

“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits…” Matthew 7:15-16

Chan Jib is one of our youth who pretended to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ in order to scam. He received much.

Other youth caught mocking the Lord Jesus Christ confessed that they received bribes via Chan Jib to scam Castaway Baptist.

Only very degenerate people steal from the Lord God Almighty.

“But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as a busybody in other people’s matters. Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this matter. For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God…” 1 Peter 4:15-17

The Lord led to preach the gospel in front of the church. CLICK BELOW for video (Khmer language):

PRAISE THE LORD!

“And He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.'” Mark 16:15

Apostate Preacher Jong Madlang-awa of Independent Baptist Church of Siem Reap (IBCSR) came, stood with unbelievers and tried to stop me from peaching the gospel message.

Neither of those fakes (sissies) are willing to stand for Christ. So they run programs to please people and keep money coming in from American churches that is used to run their criminal activities.

Chan Jib and his mother refused to accept correction from me. She shouted blasphemy against the Lord Jesus Christ.

We went to the police together. There, Chan Jib admitted that he is an unbeliever.

Policemen Thang Phou (ថង ភូ Kok Chak 79X), Long Socheat (79B) and Immigration Officer Chan Sokunny B55 (ចាន់ សុគន្នី បេ ៥៥) mocked me to my face. This is how they provoke bribes. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves.

Chan Sokunny B55 (ចាន់ សុគន្នី បេ ៥៥) openly discriminated against me for being Christian in the Kok Chak Police Station. He said that Cambodians are Buddhists and advised me to stop preaching the gospel.

I told them that I gave my life FULLY to the Lord. I follow ONLY the Lord Jesus Christ.

I told them that worshipping idols is sin, that lying, deceiving and scamming are sins.

The police tried to hide sin. They need to investigate, ‘Who led Chan Jib to scam?’

Who else around here is receiving money from the crooked Pastors Madlang-awa?

Provide justice.
